You will engage Health Care Compliance, Legal and Finance to align on requirements, drive process improvements and promote data quality. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HCC or a related compliance function.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end global transparency reporting activities across regions, ensuring compliance.
• Lead governance processes, control frameworks, risk assessments and remediation plans.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and manage workload and planning.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to drive alignment on reporting requirements.
