Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related function in healthcare.
• Strong familiarity with EMEA healthcare compliance frameworks and transparency rules.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead and advance monitoring and testing programs across the EMEA region.
• Oversee third party management and due diligence for distributors.
• Develop and implement transparency reporting processes and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Finance, Internal Audit and Legal teams.
