In this role, you will shape and implement e-commerce strategies for retail clients, drive omnichannel improvements, and contribute to business development while delivering measurable growth in performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a consultant.
• Experience in Retail sector, preferably B2C.
• Passion for e-commerce and related solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English with strong communication/presentation.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise quickly.
• Dynamic, results-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement e-commerce strategies for retail clients.
• Improve profitability and footprint through audits and recommendations.
• Define and enhance omnichannel business models.
• Drive traffic, conversions and digital marketing optimisations across channels.
• Lead full lifecycle management of e-commerce projects.
• Support business development and go-to-markets in retail e-commerce.
