Sia Partners seeks a Senior Consultant specialized in Data Engineering to lead client engagements, co-design robust data architectures, and drive end‑to‑end data solutions across cloud platforms and modern frameworks. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership.

You will work on data architecture, pipelines, modeling, data integration, and DataOps, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering impactful results for energy, finance, and other sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent)
• Fluent English; Dutch or French fluency required
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; ability to quickly build expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Responsabilités

• Lead data architecture and pipeline design for client engagements
• Design cloud data solutions on platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP and Spark/Kafka
• Develop logical and physical data models for various data types
• Implement batch, streaming, and real-time data integration
• Enable CI/CD and DataOps for data services and infrastructure
• Develop and enhance Sia's Data Engineering offerings through training and publications
• Represent Sia at events and contribute to thought leadership
• Manage client engagements and mentor junior consultants
