Sia, a global management consulting group, seeks a Consultant Marketing & Customer Experience to help clients shape digital strategies, design digital business and operating models, and implement digital and mobile innovations to improve operations and analytics. You will work with latest digital developments and marketing stacks such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Google.

Qualifications

Masters degree completed.
Experience in Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Customer experience, journey design, CRM or Customer Analytics and Insights.
Outstanding team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise.
Languages: Dutch and English.
Creative and analytical mindset, able to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
Dynamic, results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

Define new digital strategies and design new digital business and operating models.
Implement digital and mobile innovations to improve business operations and analytics.
Deploy the latest digital developments and marketing technology stacks (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead, Google).
Collaborate on internal activities: develop and reinforce our offer and contribute to business development initiatives.
