Sia is a next-generation global management consulting group seeking Senior Consultants specializing in Data Architect solutions. You will lead client engagements, co-design data engineering solutions, manage stakeholders, and ensure impactful project delivery from strategy through execution.

You will develop data architectures, design robust pipelines, mentor junior to medior consultants, and contribute to business development while representing Sia at industry events and publications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field involving substantial programming.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake and Azure stack.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner with strong communication, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluency in Dutch; German or French is a plus.
• Proven interest in Data Engineering.
