Job summary

Cognizant Life Sciences in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an experienced (Associate) Director – Program Management to lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs across pharma, biotech and MedTech. You will own the full lifecycle from pursuit through mobilization, execution and benefits realization, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 15+ years of tech-enabled transformation experience, fluency in English and French and/or

Qualifications

15+ years of technology-enabled business transformation experience.
Life sciences domain expertise in pharma, biotech, MedTech, or regulated industries.
Strong client-facing pursuit leadership and account growth experience.
Executive presence to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Fluent English and French and/or Dutch; strong facilitation and communication.
Legal authorization to work in Belgium; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Own client stakeholder leadership across pursuit and delivery lifecycle.
Lead bid and pursuit efforts with delivery strategy and governance.
Deliver end-to-end transformation programs across multi-workstreams and vendors.
Apply life sciences domain expertise to meet regulatory standards (GxP/EMA).
Orchestrate a one-team ecosystem with partners and CROs.
