In this role, you will lead transformation initiatives, manage project teams, and deliver high-quality findings to clients. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and have 3-6 years of consulting experience, along with strong analytical skills and fluency in English, Dutch, and French. Occasional international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in relevant field, such as life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• 3-6 years of experience in life science consulting, preferably with leading consultancy firms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Participate and/or lead project workstreams in transformation initiatives.
• Summarize and present findings to clients.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality work products.
• Develop strategic recommendations for client challenges.
• Manage team resources to ensure timely and budgeted deliverables.
• Conduct research on healthcare topics and develop insight articles.
• Lead business development and proposal efforts.
