Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Beerse/Ireland/Belgium is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Business Process Excellence to enable Quality processes, lead end-to-end programs, and own key internal processes. The role shapes supply chain resiliency with IMQ, R&D, Commercial, and Enterprise functions, and leads a team focused on continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 10–12 years in related fields and 8+ years in Supply Chain, Quality, or R&D, with Six Sigma/Lean

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum 10-12 years relevant business experience is required.
• A minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D is required.

Responsibilities

• Enablement of the Quality processes and close business partner to Quality Systems & IMQ Leadership teams.
• Oversee end-to-end performance management and tiered performance management structures.
• Drive continuous improvement in end-to-end processes in collaboration with R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain.
