Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated people leadership in various settings.
• Proven ability to prioritize a complex portfolio and deliver through others in a global matrix.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, GMP, data integrity and analytical method lifecycle principles.
• Experience managing CROs, vendors and external partnerships with governance.
• Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mass Spectrometry group with accountability for people leadership and strategic direction.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, capability plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team with inclusive, collaborative culture.

• Provide governance and scientific oversight for impurity-management and regulatory deliverables.
• Ensure compliant and efficient operations in GMP and data integrity requirements.
