Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a customer-facing role blending analytical thinking with product expertise across our commercial software portfolio in Belgium. You will support onboarding, configuration, and continuous improvement for clients using IQVIA Pharm In Touch, Doctor In Touch, MobiRep and Digital Sampling solutions.

The role requires collaboration with product, development, and QA teams, participation in customer meetings, and internal projects like ISO Certification.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset for complex business and technical scenarios.
• Experience in project management, implementation, consultancy, or a similar hybrid role.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to join customer meetings.
• Strong organizational and proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Interest in pharma sales processes; pharma/life sciences experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during onboarding, configuration, and rollout of our innovations.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose clear, structured solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to resolve advanced cases.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand needs and translate into actionable improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, innovations, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes and customer experience.
• Build deep expertise across our platforms and act as an internal knowledge point for colleagues.
• Lead internal projects like ISO Certification and roadmap developments.
• Drive IQVIA Doctor In Touch platform and other solutions forward.
