Job summary

GSK seeks an Analytical Network Strategy Senior Director to lead the development and execution of the analytical network strategy across the global supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Ten or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Three or more years of experience in quality operations, quality control and/or analytical method development.
• Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of quality trends and best practices in pharmaceutical supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the execution of the analytical network strategy across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with GSK quality objectives.
• Define the QC testing network principles and approach to meet GSK quality objectives.
• Translate the approved strategy into an operational roadmap and drive execution against objectives and deadlines.
• Be a key contributor for decisions on major changes for products or network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical testing principles into end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Establish KPIs for measuring success and impact of analytical network strategy initiatives.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to communicate progress to senior leadership.
