argenx is seeking a Senior Specialized Sourcing Lead to build and scale our global partner network across TechOps, CMC, Development, and Preclinical Research. You will drive external manufacturing strategy for clinical and commercial programs, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate the pipeline.

With 15+ years in strategic sourcing and 7+ years leading senior teams in biotech, you will shape resilient networks, enhance speed and quality, and advance a science-driven supply

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive strategic and operational sourcing in biotech/pharma.
• 7+ years leading senior teams in regulated science environments.
• Experience sourcing DS/DP CDMOs, CROs, and lab networks.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead global sourcing capability across TechOps, CMC, Development and Preclinical Research.
• Design resilient external partner networks for clinical and commercial programs.
• Move to empowered cross-functional teams and connect Source-to-Pay with Finance and Legal.
