Job summary

Quality Assistance is seeking an Analytical Project Leader to turn complex analytical studies into reliable data that advances life-changing therapies. You will act as the main client contact, guiding projects through each stage with scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and close coordination with lab teams.

You will support critical drug development decisions, ensure quality control, manage project documentation, and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Draft clear and comprehensive technical agreements
• Coordinate project activities to meet defined timelines with laboratory teams
• Ensure compliance with protocols and contractual commitments
• Monitor the availability of samples and reference standards
• Communicate project progress clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Review final reports including trend analyses, conclusions and QA compliance
• Manage quality documentation in collaboration with laboratory and compliance teams
• Support client visits and contribute to audit preparation
