EY Belgium is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to join the Business Transformation team. You will craft digital strategies and customer journeys for financial services clients, leveraging research methods to gather insights and drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, finance, business)
• 2–6 years of professional experience in consulting or financial services
• Excellent knowledge of business English; solid level of French and/or Dutch
• Strong teamwork with autonomous capabilities
• Analytical, conceptual thinking and pragmatic mindset
• Certifications in Agile/Scrum or project management are advantageous
• Knowledge of banking or insurance products/processes is a major asset

Responsabilités

• Design and refine customer journeys within banking and insurance sectors (Savings & Investments, Loans, Payments, Life- & Non-life Insurance)
• Identify and implement improvements in existing customer journeys
• Analyze customer data to elevate the overall customer experience
• Ensure the customer's perspective is central to delivering digital solutions
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting and staffing
• Share domain knowledge to enhance EY's collective capabilities
