NTT DATA Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the Digital Strategy & Advisory practice in Brussels. Lead workstreams, shape responses to complex challenges, and translate strategic ambitions into practical transformation initiatives with measurable impact.

You will guide client engagements with AI, automation, and advanced data analytics expertise, while developing towards broader leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business-related field; strong business acumen.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements across digital/operational transformations.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage scope, budget, and stakeholders.
