NTT DATA Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our Digital Strategy & Advisory practice in Brussels. This role shapes responses to complex business challenges and translates strategic ambitions into practical transformation initiatives with measurable impact, leading workstreams and client engagements with AI, automation and analytics specialists.

You will combine analytical thinking with hands-on delivery, advisory excellence and proposal contributions, operating with autonomy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French and English.
• 4-7 years of post-studies professional experience in business consulting.
• Experience delivering across business transformation, digital transformation, governance and change management.

Responsabilités

• Shape the approach to complex business challenges, including digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Own the consulting content of assigned workstreams or engagements by structuring problems and guiding analysis.
• Lead consulting workstreams end‑to‑end with governance of scope, planning, budget, quality, risks and stakeholders.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations and client-ready proposals.
