NTT DATA Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Business Consulting Manager to lead complex transformation projects and shape client solutions with a strong focus on business outcomes. You will manage engagements end‑to‑end, mentor consultants, and work closely with AI, RPA and analytics experts to deliver value to top clients.

The role requires recent consulting experience, ability to drive proposals, and a track record of delivering measurable results in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post‑studies professional experience in business consultancy.
• Experience in a consulting environment with advisory content ownership.
• Ability to independently structure and lead a consulting engagement from problem definition to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with evidence‑based recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Define the best approach to address complex business challenges and translate into measurable impact.
• Own the consulting content of assignments: structure the problem, develop hypotheses, guide the analysis and ensure actionable recommendations.
• Independently manage engagements including work plan, budget, risks and deliverables.
• Lead and develop a team of business consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and motivation.
• Collaborate with AI, RPA and data analytics experts to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders in meetings/workshops to ensure value is created.
• Build long‑term client relationships and identify new consulting opportunities.
• Contribute to business development through shaping opportunities and proposals.
