ING Belgium is seeking an (Senior) Customer Journey Expert to own end-to-end consumer loan journeys, from application to disbursement, across channels. You will work with risk, operations and sales, translating business needs into IT requirements and guiding the Loanbusters squad in delivering improvements.

You will lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, ensure clear communication, and collaborate with Java/Pega engineers to enhance the IT backbone and user experience for Belgium’s consumer loans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English (Dutch or French a plus).
• Experience working with IT engineers (Java and/or Pega).
• Knowledge of lending products/services is a plus.
