You will translate business needs and regulatory standards into robust credit risk policies, using analytical insights to drive automated decisioning and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, strategy and credit risk management.
• Experience with credit risk policies and processes, including gap analyses.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.

Responsabilités

• Design credit decision policies and processes and drive implementation.
• Perform policy gap analyses against regulatory requirements and group standards.
• Understand customer journeys and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate requirements across design, implementation and validation with traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with commercial strategy.
• Engage with groups to ensure processes align with applicable standards.
• Ensure sound design and application of credit risk policies in decision journeys.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly with project management oversight.
