ING Belgium is seeking a Customer Journey Expert within the Investments Tribe to optimize journeys and grow the aftersales investor experience. You’ll turn customer needs into seamless digital experiences that boost engagement, loyalty and growth.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen ING’s investments franchise, focusing on affluent investors and evidence-based improvements to go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Journey Expert or Project Manager in commercial or marketing settings.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Continuously improve investment customer journeys using activation, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Develop the value proposition for the affluent investor segment.
• Support change management and drive commercial success for new product improvements.
