ING Belgium is seeking a Credit Decision Journey Expert to design, implement and monitor credit decision processes in support of sustainable growth and automated decisioning. You will translate business needs and regulatory standards into sound policies, while collaborating with risk model and analytics teams.

You will balance risk with commercial strategy, ensure policy completeness, and drive end-to-end improvements across decision journeys in Business Banking.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of credit risk in Business Banking context.
• Experience with credit risk policies and processes, including gap analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design credit decision policies and processes and evaluate their relevance.
• Perform policy and process gap analyses against regulatory requirements and standards.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for implementation.
• Coordinate requirements across design, implementation and validation with traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with commercial strategy.
• Explain progress, decisions and dependencies with clear communication and project tracking.
