ING Belgium seeks a (Senior) Customer Journey Expert to own the end-to-end experience for consumer loans, from application to disbursement. You will lead the journey with the team, shaping product usage across channels and collaborating with risk, operations, and sales to anticipate customer needs.

• Strong project management experience in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate with risk, operations, and sales stakeholders.

• Work in a self-steering, cross-border team with colleagues having different expertise.

• Identify incidents early and assist in resolution of issues.
