Wlgroup in Brussels is seeking a senior service delivery technician to support the end user environment, including the Windows estate, desktop apps, and hardware. The role demands expertise beyond ticket closure, maintaining estate consistency and serving as the go-to fixer for complex issues.

The position is full-time on-site in Brussels with standard hours from early November to late December 2026, requiring reliability and broad IT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience for higher vocational training or four years for secondary qualification.
• Familiarity with ICT service management tooling, especially Configuration Manager.
• Experience with current Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
• Strong hardware knowledge and IT equipment handling.
• Broad knowledge of Windows networking
• Desirable: ITIL/MCDST and experience in military/civil international environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day ICT service support across the end user environment.
• Operate IT administration tooling used for service management, including Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Support Windows OS and MS 365, MS Office, and common desktop applications.
• Handle IT hardware and related equipment.
• Work across computer networking in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Take on related duties as the service requires.
