Wlgroup in Brussels seeks a senior service delivery technician to support the end-user ICT environment, including Windows OS, MS 365, and desktop applications. You will work on hardware and peripherals and use Configuration Manager while maintaining estate consistency.

The role requires two years of relevant experience (or four years with a secondary qualification) and knowledge of ITIL/service operations. Brussels on-site, early November to Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience or four years with secondary qualification.
• Working knowledge of ICT service management tooling (e.g., Configuration Manager).
• Confident with recent Windows OS and common desktop apps (MS 365, Office, Adobe).
• Good knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Windows network environments.
• Desirable: MCDST, ITIL service operations, international military/civilian environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day ICT service support across the end-user environment.
• Utilise IT administration tooling for service management, such as Configuration Manager.
• Support Windows OS and desktop applications like MS 365 and Adobe.
• Handle IT hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Work across computer network technology in a Windows environment.
• Take on related duties as the service requires.
