Prophix is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for Professional Services in Belgium to oversee a portfolio of implementation engagements across Europe. You will lead a PS team, manage risks, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to shape successful client outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for development across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or implementation delivery for SaaS/enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading a team of consultants with coaching and performance reviews.
• Hands-on project management using MS Project, Smartsheet, or monday.com.
• Experience with finance teams, FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across clients, staff, and leadership.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Self-starter with ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Legally entitled to work and able to travel to client sites and offices.
• Willingness to learn new tools as technology evolves.
• Curious and open to new approaches and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of active implementation engagements and track progress.
• Lead and develop a team of PS consultants with regular 1:1s and coaching.
• Senior escalation point for risks, scope challenges, and client issues.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture for pre-sales scoping.
• Drive adoption of project planning tools for portfolio visibility and forecasting.
• Lead delivery method improvements including AI-assisted workflows.
• Contribute to regional leadership and scalable delivery practices for EMEA.
