PwC Belgium is seeking a Manager to lead Dynamics 365 Finance transformations from design through go-live, guiding a team of consultants and shaping our BizApps practice in Belgium. You’ll translate complex business needs into actionable designs, drive client outcomes, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure quality and value in every engagement.

Fluent English with Dutch or French is preferred; hybrid working and strong development opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong finance functional knowledge and proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem and AI in finance context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
