Wlgroup is seeking a seasoned Programme/Project Manager to lead security planning and governance for a major defence programme in Brussels, Belgium, onsite.

You will coordinate with headquarters staff, agencies and end users, ensuring compliance with alliance practices while travelling to host nation sites to drive progress and provide technical advice. This long-term engagement involves frequent travel and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in governance models for delivery programmes or equivalents.
• Experience in technical communications or secure infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop security plans and monitor implementation across project groups.
• Ensure plans are understood and followed by all stakeholders.
• Travel frequently to host nation sites to coordinate progress and provide expert advice.
• Support programme director with stakeholder engagement and communications at multiple levels.
• Identify requirements, policy developments and engineering publication reviews.
