Deloitte Belgium is seeking a debt advisory professional to join our Belgium & Netherlands DCA team. You will contribute to advising on financing structures, funding strategies, and the debt raising process.

With 4–6 years in debt financing, you will work with clients, banks and internal teams, performing financial analysis, preparing pitches, and developing the debt advisory business under partner supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in debt financing or leveraged finance.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of financial markets and debt products.
• Ability to work independently on projects under supervision and communicate effectively.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide debt advisory support across complex financing challenges and client engagements.
• Contribute to debt structuring, funding strategies and market communications.
• Engage in negotiations, prepare financial analyses and client/investor materials.
• Model financial scenarios and support marketing materials for debt engagements.
• Assist in developing the debt advisory business and originating deals through pitches and research.
• Collaborate with Deloitte Belgium & Netherlands teams and global Debt & Capital Advisory network.
