Deloitte Belgium is looking for an ambitious Financial Advisor to strengthen our regional team in Zaventem. You will guide clients with proactive financial advice and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of specialists to deliver seamless service.

In this role you will manage client files, mentor colleagues, and foster growth in technical consulting skills. Hybrid work options and international exposure support professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Controlling.
• Master’s degree in Finance and/or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Taxation.
• Holder of, or willingness to obtain shortly, the ITAA (Institute of Tax Advisors and Accountants) certification.
• Strong proficiency in Dutch and/or French combined with excellent English skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide expert support on year‑end closings, audit coordination, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Utilise advanced, cloud‑based tools to enhance financial reporting and advisory services.
• Design and implement innovative, future‑proof financial ecosystems tailored to clients’ needs.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring efficient management and high‑quality service delivery.
• Act as the go‑to trusted advisor within a multidisciplinary team supporting larger Belgian corporates and non‑profit organizations active in an international environment.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers, tax specialists, and other advisors to expand the regional client portfolio.
• Mentor and support your team, fostering their growth in technical expertise and consulting skills.
