Deloitte Belgium invites you to join our M&A & Finance Real Estate advisory team. You will shape real‑estate structuring solutions, convert client needs into Deloitte offerings with timelines and budgets, and coordinate projects from start to finish as the single point of contact for clients.

You will leverage your expertise in real‑estate development and investment finance, engage with investor communities, and collaborate with Tax and Legal teams to deliver integrated solutions across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate and its financials.
• Experience in fundraising solutions and related legal contracting concepts.
• Strong connections with real-estate developers/investor communities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Propose the most appropriate real-estate structuring solution from client needs.
• Translate client needs into a Deloitte offering with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery as SPOC for the client and ensure review/execution.
