Qualifications

• Experience defining and elaborating system and cybersecurity architecture across full product lifecycles.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams on complex cybersecurity or defense programs.
• Proficiency in threat modelling, cryptography and hardware/software security measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cybersecurity architecture team (about 10 engineers) to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
• Drive bid estimation, project planning and on-time delivery while meeting engineering standards.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
• Ensure cybersecurity governance aligns with Thales processes and risk management.
