Job summary

Thales Belgium is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architecture Team Leader to guide a team of cybersecurity architects and drive Secure-by-Design across projects. You will lead architecture work, review cybersecurity delivery, and ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity or defense programs, with strong leadership, threat modelling, risk management, and cryptography expertise.

Qualifications
