Thales Belgium seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to contribute to the development of cybersecurity aspects within a broad product portfolio across aerospace, transportation, defence, security and space. The role requires applying Thales cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks from early market capture through final validation.

You will act as a cybersecurity focal point in bids and projects, collaborating with architecture, engineering and customers to define secure designs, perform risk

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in IT, telecoms or cybersecurity.
• Three+ years in design, development or security testing of cybersecurity products.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and secure-by-design concepts.
• Proven ability to communicate across teams and with customers.

Responsabilités

• Bring state of the art knowledge for cybersecurity domains.
• Master applicable cybersecurity regulatory frameworks.
• Act as focal point for cybersecurity in bids and projects.
• Support architecture on cybersecurity aspects and design decisions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and testing plans.
• Perform risk assessment, design, implementation and testing activities.
• Support teams with technical expertise and traceability from requirements to tests.
