Job summary

SAP is seeking a CX Senior Solution Sales Executive to lead the Dutch market, building relationships, driving sales, and impacting SAP's CX portfolio. You will develop business plans, qualify leads, and collaborate with executives to showcase value, closing deals and surpassing targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software sales, with at least 3 years focused on CX solutions.
• Experience handling the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to various client levels.
• Consistent and proven stability and top performance in previous roles over multiple years.

Responsibilities

• Understand, inspire and challenge prospects and customers in their digital customer engagement transformation using business cases, references and data.
• Show sales excellence in how you drive and execute sales cycles.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Deliver on quarterly business results including forecasting.
• Leverage the broader CX organisation to build pipeline and secure future growth.
• Collaborate with the Industry Account Executive, the Virtual Account Team and partners to highlight the value of the CX Portfolio to our customers.
