Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Project Manager with banking background to lead the Record Credits Transformation Office initiatives. You will drive governance, planning, reporting, and delivery while coordinating stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit, risk management, or lending processes.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Experience interfacing between business and IT with technical affinity.
• Experience with AI tools in a VDI environment is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a complex environment and drive progress.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, English.
