Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Record Credits Transformation Office in Belgium. The role focuses on governance, planning, and delivery of credit risk transformation initiatives, coordinating business and IT stakeholders across functions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in banking project management, strong risk knowledge, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical teams. Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit, risk management, or lending-related processes.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Interface experience between business and IT with ability to assess system impacts and data flows.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate complex transformation initiatives within credit and risk management.
• Align stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance and IT teams.
• Lead project governance, planning, status reporting, issue management and risk tracking.
• Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Bridge business needs and technical requirements for delivery.
• Support process improvements while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Drive execution and follow-up of action plans to resolve obstacles.
• Prepare steering committees and management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support risk management processes involving multiple governance layers.
