Jan De Nul Group in Belgium is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contractual aspects across major civil engineering projects, coordinating with site teams and clients to prevent disputes and ensure compliance. You will negotiate with subcontractors, compile claims, and maintain documentation.

A Master’s degree in Law or engineering with 5+ years’ experience and fluency in Dutch, English, and French are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law or engineering with a solid understanding of construction law.
• Experience in both private and public sectors and managing technical, legal, and financial projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in (contract) management with demonstrated negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Compile supporting documentation for claims (cost calculations, delays).
• Ensure contractual compliance across projects with clients and subcontractors.
