Jan De Nul Group seeks an experienced Contract Manager Offshore Renewables to lead contractual management for complex offshore wind and energy projects. You will identify risks, translate technical developments into contractual strategies, and work with management, legal, and commercial teams on an international stage from tender to close-out.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in contract or commercial project management.
• Strong understanding of contractual and commercial principles and the ability to translate complex matters into strategies.
• Client facing experience at project management level or above.

Responsabilités

• Manage contractual aspects of offshore renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify and manage contractual risks, opportunities and commercial exposure.
• Prepare and substantiate claims, variations, extensions of time and additional costs.
• Draft contractual correspondence and ensure compliance with obligations and notice requirements.
• Lead and support contractual and commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and negotiate subcontracts and supplier agreements.
