Jan De Nul Group is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their team in Aalst, Belgium. You will oversee contract management in complex construction projects, ensuring effective communication and risk management. The role requires a Master's degree, fluency in French, and at least 10 years of related experience.

This position provides a blend of technical, legal, and financial insights, emphasizing strong negotiation skills and an active presence on-site in the Mons region.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong affinity for contract management in complex construction projects.
• Excellent command of French, and knowledge of Dutch and/or English.

Responsabilités

• Support project teams with contractual matters during project execution.
• Prepare, analyze, and substantiate claims and variation orders.
• Develop contractual strategies in collaboration with project management.
