BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Strategy & Transformation Team to guide telecom clients through transformation journeys, boosting efficiency and customer focus.

You’ll analyze business processes, lead workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements and ensure quality across projects. English proficiency plus Dutch or French, with willingness to learn the other language, are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of consulting and/or telecommunications experience.
• Understanding of telecom products, processes and industry challenges.
• Ability to structure complex information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Professional English communication with Dutch or French proficiency; willingness to learn the other language.
• Certifications or practical experience in PMI, Prince2, Lean, Agile, ITIL, and analytics are assets.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day might look like:

• Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the telecommunications sector.
• Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
• Conducting business analysis and organizing workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
• Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.

What do you bring to the table?

• You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or the telecommunications sector.
• You understand telecommunications products, processes and current industry challenges.
• You can analyse business needs, structure complex information and translate your findings into practical recommendations.
• You are comfortable facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders and taking ownership of your work.
• You communicate professionally in English and have a strong command of Dutch or French, with a willingness to further develop the other national language.
• Additionally, certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, and analytics (PowerBI, Tables...) is an asset.
