BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Strategy & Transformation Team to guide transformation journeys for utilities clients. You will analyze processes, design strategic solutions, and lead workshops to drive efficiency and customer-centric change.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and close client interaction. You will work across engagements, developing your skills in PMI/Prince2, Lean/Agile, and data analytics while supporting business case development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector.
• Strong command of English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

In this role, you'll guide our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into your typical day :

• Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the utilities sector.
• Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
• Conducting business analysis and organising workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
• Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
• Communicates professionally in English and have a strong command in Dutch and French.
• Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
• Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
• Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
