BDO Belgium is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Transformation to lead transformative initiatives in the telecommunications sector, driving innovation and change across client organizations.

Lead project teams, mentor consultants, and develop tailored solutions to optimize processes and enable digitization. You will also cultivate client relationships and monitor project progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, with 5–10 years of telecom experience.
• Proven track record delivering transformation projects in telecom with measurable results.
• Strong leadership to guide consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
• Strategic thinker able to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Results-oriented with ability to drive sales initiatives and revenue targets.
• Knowledge of telecom regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Professional English, Dutch and French language proficiency.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional performance and driving results transformation projects within the telecommunications industry.
• Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
• Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the telecommunications sector.
• Language Proficiency: Comunicates professionally in English and have a strong command in Dutch and French.
