BDO Belgium seeks a Manager of Strategy & Transformation to lead transformative initiatives in the utilities sector. You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and foster digitization across client organizations, delivering tangible results and growth.

You will leverage a Master’s degree and 5–10 years in utilities to drive strategy, mentorship, and client engagement, while contributing to BDO’s growth and innovation across projects and clients in Belgium.

We're looking for someone who:

• Education and Experience: Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Utilities sector.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional performance and driving results transformation projects within the Utilities industry.
• Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
• Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and meet financial targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the utilities sector.
• Language Proficiency: Communicates professionally in English and have a strong command in Dutch and French.
