What will you be doing?

• Strategic Analysis: Lead strategic problem‑solving engagements, including value chain assessments, market and competitive analysis, growth opportunity identification, roadmap definition, and support in identifying potential M&A or strategic partnership opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Lead and oversee the due diligence process, assessing commercial, operational, and product & technology factors to ensure informed decision‑making.
• Turnaround & Business Restructuring: conduct engagements for clients providing strategic support to stabilize operations, restore profitability, and unlock long‑term value.
• Carve‑out & Integrations: Collaborate with clients to formulate and plan carve‑out & integration activities pre‑ and post‑transaction, ensuring smooth transitions and realisation of synergies.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners, fostering a collaborative approach.
• Project Management: Successfully lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Thought Leadership: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Mentorship and Development: Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

What do you bring to the table?

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A or related field.
• Consultancy exposure or similar position in corporate environment.
• Strong command of French and English; proficiency in Dutch as an asset.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills, with a solid expertise in quantitative modeling and executive‑level report elaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to communicate complex analyses clearly to a diverse audience.
• Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and drive meaningful outcomes.
