BDO Belgium is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Transformation to lead transformative initiatives in the utilities sector, driving innovation, optimizing processes, and fostering digitization in client organizations. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and 5–10 years of Utilities experience, demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset to guide multi-project

• Education and Experience: Holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Utilities sector.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional performance and driving results transformation projects within the Utilities industry.
• Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
• Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and meet financial targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the utilities sector.
• Language Proficiency: Communicates professionally in English and have a strong command in Dutch and French.
