Pluxee, a global player in employee benefits and engagement, seeks a Compliance and Internal Control Officer to support its payment projects and its electronic money institution operations across Europe. You will work directly with the CCO & CRO of IMAGOR to implement internal policies, monitor AML/CFT compliance, and ensure robust controls across jurisdictions.

The role requires a strong regulatory background, fluency in English and French, and the ability to operate in an international

Qualifications

Fluency in English & French required.
University degree in Legal affairs, Finance or Business (BAC 5+) required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Compliance department of a main international group, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong expertise in internal control & payment services regulations.
Excellent skills in negotiation, drafting, legal analysis and problem resolution.
Business acumen with understanding of constraints in Payment Operations.

Responsabilités

Identify applicable regulations for payment programs and monitor regulatory changes.
Draft and update internal policies and raise internal awareness on compliance.
Ensure AML/CFT compliance and implement related procedures and tools.
Support country implementations and respond to regulatory inquiries.
Conduct second-level controls and report results in the internal system.
Prepare periodic reports for the National Bank of Belgium and monitor distributor compliance.
