Equals Group PLC is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead second-line oversight, develop and enforce compliance controls, and partner with business units across the organisation. You will stay abreast of EU/Belgian rules affecting payments, advise on policy, and drive training initiatives to foster a strong compliance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ regulatory compliance experience in financial services.
• Experience with Belgian supervisory bodies (NBB) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Regulatory Compliance Managers and Head of Regulatory Compliance in day-to-day execution of the compliance roadmap.
• Manage specific regulatory change projects as they arise.
• Provide independent 2nd line review and challenge to Equals business units.
• Support delivery and own items on the Compliance Roadmap/Strategy with deadlines and risk escalation.
• Provide high-quality compliance advice on all regulatory matters relevant to Equals businesses.
• Develop training material related to policies owned by Compliance.
