Pluxee is seeking a Compliance Analyst to keep the company on the right side of the rules. You monitor compliance, spot risks, investigate issues with a detective's eye, and turn regulations into clear, practical actions.

You prepare reports, guide colleagues, support ISO follow-up, and help shape our policies and Delegation of Authorities. In short: you make sure we stay compliant, confident, and future-proof.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• CCEP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Support ISO follow-up and Delegation of Authorities; monitor AML compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies conforming the requirements in the law sapin II
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Follow-up ISO + Delegation of authorities Implement different monitoring to comply with AML regulations

Certifications Requirements

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.

Languages

• French & English are mandatory.
• Dutch is a plus.
