Job summary

Worldline in Brussels seeks an Ethics, Anti-Corruption & Third Party Compliance Officer to join the Global Compliance team. You will manage anti-corruption topics, perform due diligences, and contribute to global risk management with local rollout and reporting.

The role requires a Master in Law or Business Administration with compliance training, strong English/French communication, and a proactive, autonomous mindset to operate across an international context.

Qualifications

• Master in Law or Business Administration supplemented with a compliance-specific vocational course
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements, practices and principles (ISO37001, ISO19600) and related guidelines
• Ability to present compliance assessments results to senior management
• Eager to learn and develop; takes ownership with autonomy and diplomacy
• Ability to work in an international and fast changing context

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact on compliance topics such as anti-corruption and third party due diligence
• Liaise with business and provide urgent advice or contract reviews
• Contribute to global risk management and local rollout, update risk maps
• Execute due diligences on third parties and business relations
• Launch assessments to measure compliance program implementation
• Develop and implement written processes, guidelines and policies
• Monitor and improve internal controls related to corruption and fraud
